Rooms
We have one family room with a king size bed / a single bed and a pull out bed, one twin room,one twin ground floor room and 4 double rooms all ensuite, and a single room which has its own shower / wc room next to the single room.
Children
Prices are subject to one child sharing the Family room with two full paying adults.
Separate rooms/rates can be arranged, please enquire for details.
Under 5 years £35.00 pcpw
5 – 15 year olds £110.00 pcpw.
Terms & Conditions
Rooms are available from 2 pm on day of arrival and you must depart by 10 am on day of departure.
Deposits are non-refundable.
A deposit is required to hold your room.
If your arrival is within 7 days from booking the full amount will be required
We will always try to re-let your rooms if you cancel, but if it is within 7 days of your booking, you will be liable for the full cost of your holiday.
We recomend you take out holiday insurance.
Ashbys is a non-smoking guest house.
We do not take pets.

Access Statement
Our guest house has one step up from the pavement to our frontage and then one step into our property.
There are sixteen steps up to the first floor and four of our bedrooms are located on this landing.
There are a further four steps down to our remaining three rooms at the rear of our property.
There is no wheelchair / lift access throughout our property
