Rooms
We have one family room with a king size bed and a set of bunk beds, one twin room, one single room and 4 double rooms.
Children
Prices are subject to sharing the Family room with a full paying adult. Separate rooms/rates can be arranged, please enquire for details.

5 – 15 year olds £10.00 per night.
Terms & Conditions
Rooms are available from 2 pm on day of arrival and you must depart by 10 am on day of departure.
Deposits are non-refundable.
A first night per person deposit is required to hold your room.
We will always try to re-let your rooms if you cancel, but if it is within 7 days of your booking, we reserve the right to charge the full cost of your holiday.
Ashbys is a non-smoking guest house.
We do not take pets.
